WHAT DO AMORA WEDDING CO. REQUIRE FOR WEDDING BOOKINGS?
We request three consultations as part of our service process. The initial consultation aims to understand the vision of the bride and groom for their special day and to ensure compatibility between our services and your needs. The second consultation, scheduled approximately four months before your wedding, involves discussions with either the bride and groom or the wedding planner to delve into preferences, dislikes, desired updates, and any other pertinent details. Finally, 45 days before your wedding, we conduct a comprehensive consultation to finalize arrangements and ensure everything aligns with your expectations. WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely! While our principal office is in Houston, Texas, we're fully equipped for both domestic and international travel. Whether your wedding is across the country or on a stunning destination abroad, we’re more than happy to bring our services to you. Let us know your location, and we’ll take care of the rest to ensure your day is captured beautifully, no matter where it is! Please be aware that additional travel expenses may apply. WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Our standard turnaround time for wedding photo and highlight video deliverables is up to 16 weeks following your wedding day.
This timeframe allows our team to carefully cull, hand edit, color correct, and refine each image and film to ensure consistency, quality, and storytelling across your entire gallery and video. Weddings involve thousands of moments captured across multiple cameras, and each deliverable goes through a detailed post production process rather than automated editing.
We intentionally prioritize quality over speed so your final gallery and film reflect the level of care, artistry, and attention your wedding deserves.
DO YOU SEND OUT SNEAK PEEKS?
Yes. Sneak peeks are provided as a preview of your wedding day while your full gallery and highlight film are being carefully edited.
Photo sneak peeks and a one minute highlight video may be delivered within up to 4 weeks following your wedding. Timing can vary based on the season, overall workload, and the scope of coverage.
Sneak peeks are a curated selection and are not indicative of the final gallery or film delivery timeline.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS FOR WEDDINGS?
A $500 non refundable Date Reservation Fee is required to reserve your wedding date. After booking, 40% of the remaining balance is due 120 days before the wedding, with the final balance due 30 days prior to the event. This structured payment schedule helps couples plan ahead while allowing us to secure our team and production for your day.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept payments through all major credit/debit cards, checks (payable to Amora Weddings and Films) and Zelle payments, which can be sent to info@amoraweddingco.com. We additionally accept cash app payments. We no longer accept payments through apple pay.
Please note: All check payments must be received at least 60 days before your event date.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! We are fully insured with professional liability and equipment coverage. This means we’re protected in case of unexpected incidents at your event or on location, giving both you and us peace of mind. Many venues also require proof of insurance, and we’re always able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
DO YOU OFFER LIVE STREAMING?
Yes, we offer live wedding production as an add on to your photography and videography coverage. This allows your ceremony and selected moments to be professionally broadcast in real time so friends and family who cannot attend in person can still be part of your wedding day. Our live production includes multiple camera angles, professional audio integration, and a private viewing link for your guests. Because each wedding and production setup is unique, pricing varies based on coverage and production needs. Please contact us directly for availability and custom pricing information.
